Mom was able to see Barack Obama yesterday as he made a stop in Lafayette. She was definitely SO EXCITED!!! She went with 2 friends from school and they even scored seat on stage. Check out Meredith's blog to see her picture. I am going to upload a different, more close-up picture when I get home. Yea for mom! She still has the guilt about not getting to see Robert Kennedy so this was definitely neat for her!
